1. Open "Control Panel," click "Network and Internet." Access "Network and Sharing Centre," and click "Change adapter settings."
2. Right-click "Ethernet," select "Properties." 
3. Choose "Internet Protocol Version 4," click "Properties." Select "Use the following IP address" and manually input the IP address: 192.168.1.250. Set the subnet mask as 255.255.255.0. Finally, click "OK" to confirm.
