Solution 1: The software server is not running. Restart the server. Search for "Services" in the bottom left corner of the computer. Check if the status of "MySQL" and "NEWARE BTS Services(R3)" is "Running." If not, select them, right-click, and choose "Start".
Solution 2: Log in to the antivirus software, locate the quarantine/recovery area, restore the files, and then restart the computer.
Solution 3: If unable to log in to BTS, it may be due to damage to the database user table. To repair the database, please contact customer support for assistance.
