Automotive & Battery Safety Conference

The 5th International Conference on Automotive & Battery Safety Conference (ABSC 2023), after a gap of 2 years, will be jointly organized by the School of Mechanical and Vehicle Engineering at Chongqing University and UNCC VESL. The conference is scheduled to take place in Chongqing from October 18th to 20th, 2023.

This edition of the conference will feature more than 30 experts and scholars from universities in China, the United States, and Europe, as well as representatives from notable companies such as Changan Shenlan Automobile, Freddie Battery, Huawei, China Automotive Research, CMO Vehicle Inspection Institute, YANGYI Technology, Ansys, LS-DYNA, Altair, and others. These speakers will deliver presentations and reports during the conference.

In addition, the conference will present two major awards: Young Scholar Award and Best Poster Award, providing winners with opportunities to deliver speeches and receive Travel Bonus.

We anticipate the gathering of over 200 delegates in Chongqing, where they will engage in discussions and exchange the latest advancements in battery and electric vehicle safety. We look forward to meeting you in the mountainous city of Chongqing in October!
